As all of our items are inspected for damages before being sent out, any claim for a damaged or defective item must be made within 48 HOURS of receiving your packages delivery. This claim must be made via email with the following information included:

  1. Order # and item that is damaged

  2. Explanation of what is wrong

  3. Photo of the defective item must be attached

Returns are confirmed within 14 days of receiving the package at our warehouse.
Once your return is accepted, the reimbursement, exchange or credit will be issued within 14 days of our services accepting your return.

Items may be returned in store or by mail to the address listed below. Returns are accepted back within 14 days of receiving your items in UNWORN and UNWASHED condition, free of damages, and must have the original tags attached. Returns are good for exchange and store credit ONLY.

Items such as intimates, face masks, jewelry, gift cards, and accessories will be FINAL SALE. All clearance items are final sale and may not be returned, exchanged or adjusted for any reason. Shoes must be UNWORN and in the original box provided. Items sent back with makeup stains, deodorant stains, pet hair, or if the item smells of smoke the item will be rejected. If you are using a discount or promotional code, you will only be credited the original amount spent with the applied code. Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded. Because we do have limited quantities of inventory, we cannot promise a direct exchange but do promise a full store credit to find yourself something else from our store. We are flexible and do allow in store AND online exchanges. Once we have received your items, your credit or exchange will be processed and sent on a gift card via email. All online returns must include the following form properly filled out and included in your returned package:
